Our privacy procedures have been implemented to comply with the privacy legislation of The United Kingdom.

How we collect your information

We collect your personal information when you register/book a course/class, when you complete our website contact form or if you contact us via phone or email and give us your personal details.

Choice and Consent

Prior to obtaining your consent, we will describe the choices available to you and obtain implicit or explicit consent with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information, except in certain situations otherwise permitted by the law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we may rely on your implied consent. Otherwise, we will rely on explicit consent received directly from you to collect or use your personal information, for example, the collection of your personal information if you subscribe to a newsletter on the Site. You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time.

We will only collect personal information by fair and lawful means. The provision of personal information is voluntary.

Information that we collect on you

We do not collect any information from you other than that requested on our booking forms, when you complete our website contact form or if you contact us via phone or email and give us your personal details. We store your personal information on a computer and/or Google cloud storage which is password protected. Any paper records are destroyed once this data is inputted.

Use of your information

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

  • To establish and maintain responsible commercial relations with customers and to provide ongoing services.

  • To respond to your inquiry when you contact us.

Unless required or permitted by law, we shall not use or disclose your personal information for a new purpose not identified here.

Retention of your information

We will not retain your information for any longer than we think is necessary. The GDPR does not set out any specific minimum or maximum periods for keeping your personal data. We will only hold client data for as long as Robyn Atkinson is retained in the capacity of providing training and behaviour services.
